About Elim Community Services Gala Dinner 2024
As our society ages, the need to address the challenges faced by our seniors becomes ever more pressing, particularly the issue of social isolation. Elim Community Services (ECS) Gala Dinner fosters meaningful connections between individual seniors and the wider community, ensuring no one feels alone or disconnected.
Join us for an evening of inspiration and action as we unite to support the seniors of St George’s neighbourhood. Our event will highlight our critical work in befriending activities, intergenerational programmes, and access to essential services. We aim to create a vibrant and supportive community for our seniors.

Are seats available on the evening of the event?No, seats are strictly available through sponsorship only and before the deadline of 18 August 2024.

Can I sponsor a table without knowing the names of my guests?Yes, you will be allocated the number of seats corresponding to your sponsorship level.

Will I receive my tickets in the mail?No, we do not issue physical tickets. Your name and your guests' names will be listed on our registration form. Simply check in upon arrival by providing your name.

If one of my guests is unable to attend, can I invite someone else at the last minute?Yes, you can replace your original guest with someone else. Please inform our registration table of the change. Your new guest will be issued a bidder number for the evening.

How many seats are at each table?Each table seats ten (10) guests.

Where should I park?Parking is available at the Grassroots Club. Please note that no complimentary parking tickets will be provided.

What time does the event begin?Doors open at 6:30 PM, and all guests should be seated by 6:50 PM.

What is the dress code for the evening?The dress code is Smart Casual.
